breaking tip to the ground. Mud trails were observed on
ground at the site entrance at S37. The Contractor should review and maintain
the wheel washing facilities provided at works area regularly to ensure the
deposited silt on vehicles’ wheels and bodies was washed off effectively. Mus
trails on the piblic road should be cleared. Accumulation of silty water was observed inside
the wheel washing bay at W71. The Contractor was reminded to clear the
deposited silt inside the wheel washing bay regularly and maintain the wheel
washing facilities properly. |
