2.	A hole was observed on the drip tray underneath an oil drum at Banyan Bridge. The Contractor was reminded to seal off the hole.
3.	Oil stains were observed on the top soil layer on the ground at Banyan Bridge. The Contractor was reminded to clear the oily soil and treat it as chemical waste. Immediate action was taken by the Contractor.
